Align the axle plate with one of the four adjustment holes. There are
four positions possible：(See Figure 5.3)
(1) Factory Setting is Standard position "D" For better stability, please
set it as Passive position "E"
(2) Active position with better handling is "B or C".
(3) When the axle plate is set as position "B" or "C", please equip the
