PHONE BOOK

A phone book of 120 entries in total can be created by using this upper menu item. 18
characters are reserved for the entry of name/number into the Phone Book. In the event
that any information of call, conversation, Missed Call, hold, park or forwarding that is
related to a number stored in the phone book is received, the name corresponding to that
information is displayed. The “Add New Record”, “Edit”, “Delete Record” and “Delete All
Records” options in this menu can be accessed by the navigation keys.
If there are no records that have previously been stored in the phone, that upper menu item
presents only “Add New Record” option (by default the phone book is empty). Once the
option “Add” is employed, additional options are also presented to the user. Note that, while
operations related to the entire options are being done, the related soft key on the display
can be employed for deleting letters or figures.
ADD NEW RECORD
The user can store data into the phone book by using this menu. ‘ Name’, ‘Home’,
‘Business’ and ‘Mobile’ fields are shown in this menu The right and left navigation keys
are used to move between these fields. Maximum 18 characters information can be
entered by using numerical keypad. (While adding a new record the ‘Name’ field must be
absolutely fulfilled.) The recording process is completed by pressing ‘Accept’ or ‘OK’ key,
and then the screen returns back to the ‘Add New Record’ menu. If the phone book is
entirely full (totally 120 records), when the user is wanted to add a new record, he is
warned about it.
EDIT
Records in the phone book are displayed in this menu. The record to be changed is found
by using navigation keys. The user initiates the change operation by pressing the “OK” key.
