Check that the charger is connected to charge
port
Loose wiring
Check that internal wires are properly
connected
Battery failure Replace battery
Lights on Charger won't come on
Loose wiring
Check that charger is properly connected to an
active 120V outlet
Switch failure Replace switch
Low battery Charge battery
Pump runs, no solution
Clogged nozzle
With machine off, remove Nozzle, turn machine
on until solution flows, turn off machine and
replace nozzle
Clogged filter Inspect filter for debris, clean if necessary
Pump runs, loss of pressure
Internal pump compo-
nents wearing out
Replace pump
Clog in pump Flush system with water
Low battery Charge battery
Pump will not run
Pump motor failure Replace pump
Low battery Charge battery
Solution not flowing properly
Clogged nozzle
With machine off, remove Nozzle, clean nozzle
and replace
Clogged filter Inspect filter for debris, clean if necessary
Pump won’t turn off
Air trapped in pump
Remove nozzle and open valve until air passes
through pump
Out of chemical Put more chemical in tank
