The suction connection must be closed us-
ing the sealing plug after removing the suc-
tion hose.
Illustration B
1. Insert the sealing plug precisely into the
suction connection.
2. Push the sealing plug in all the way to
the end stop.
Check the dirt receptacle filling level
The dirt receptacle must be emptied when
filled to the lower edge of the suction hose
port on the dirt receptacle. The device does
not switch off automatically if the maximum
filling level is exceeded.
1. Check the dirt receptacle filling level reg-
ularly.
Anti-static system
Static charges are discharged through the
earthed connection nozzles. This prevents
sparking and electric shocks with electrical-
ly conductive accessories approved by the
manufacturer.
Filter detection
The device is fitted with electrical filter de-
tection. The indicator light "H filter present"
lights up red if the secondary filter element
(H filter) is missing. The device cannot be
started.
Note
Fit the H filter correctly into the device (see
chapter Replacing the H filter).

WARNING
Danger from dust that is harmful to your
health
Respiratory sicknesses through inhalation
of dust.
Do not vacuum without correctly installed
filter elements, otherwise a danger to
health occurs from increased fine dust
emission.
ATTENTION
Danger due to fine dust entering
Risk of damage to the suction motor.
Never remove the main filter element when
vacuuming.
Dry vacuuming
몇
WARNING
Increased dust emission due to improp-
er handling of the suction hose ports
Respiratory diseases from inhalation of
dust, malfunction of the device
Do not connect 2 suction hoses to the de-
vice at the same time. One of the suction
hose ports must be tightly closed with the
sealing plug.
Be sure to use the dust bag only in connec-
tion with the upper suction hose port, other-
wise it will be sucked upwards during the
suction process.
The lower suction hose port must be tightly
closed when using the dust bag.
The upper suction hose port must be tightly
closed when using the safety filter bag.
Note
All types of dust up to dust class H can be
vacuumed with this device. The use of a
dust collection bag is required by law.
Note
The device is suitable for vacuuming dry,
inflammable dusts with MAK values greater
than or equal to 0.1 mg/m

.
1. Select the suction connection depend-
ing on the suction material (see chapter
Selecting the suction connection
2. Fit the dust bag or the safety filter bag
depending on the selected suction con-
nection (see chapter
).
Switching from wet to dry vacuuming
ATTENTION
Switching from wet to dry vacuuming
Risk of damage to the filter
Do not vacuum dry dust with a wet filter el-
ement because this clogs the filter and can
make it unusable.
1. Allow the wet filter to dry completely or
replace it with a dry filter before using
the device for dry vacuuming.
2. Replace the filter if necessary.
Fitting the dust bag/safety filter bag
1. Secure the device with the parking
brakes.
