Necessary maintenance jobs

Remove the soot from the heating coil
(Customer Service)
Î Remove the calciul deposits from the
heating coil (Customer Service).
Î Clean/ replace ignition electrodes (Cus-
tomer Service).
Î Clean/ replace burner nozzle (Custom-
er Service).
Î Adjust burner (Customer Service)

Î Check overflow valve of the pump for
leaks (Customer Service).
Î Check high-pressure hose (Customer
Service).

Clean hand-spray gun.
Î Check pressure accumulator (Custom-
er Service).

Î Take out sieve.
Î Clean sieve in water and reinstall.

Î Unpressurize the appliance.
Î Unscrew lid with filter.
Î Clean the filter with clean water or com-
pressed air.

Reinstall in reverse sequence.

Î Loosen covering nut and take off hose.

Î Take out sieve.
Note
If necessary turn in screw M8 appr. 5 mm
inwards and therewith pull out sieve.

Clean sieve in water.
Î Push sieve inwards.
Î Put on hose.
Î Tighten covering nut firmly.

Î Take out detergent suck supports.
Î Clean filter in water and reinstall.

Î Ready a catch bin for appr. 1 Liter oil.
Î loosen release screw.
Î Tighten release screw.
Î Fill oil slowly up to the MAX marking.

Air pockets must be able to leak out.
For oil type refer to technical specifica-
tions.

This indicator lamp blinks if there is a mal-
function.
Î Rectify the fault.

Turn on the appliance again. Indicator
lamp goes off.
