you have a firm footing and are also holding the
trigger gun and spray lance firmly.

!

Unlock the lever on the trigger gun.

!

Pull on the lever of the trigger gun; the device
will switch on.

Carrying out the most common cleaning tasks.
The work pressure can be stagelessly regulated
between "Min" and "Max".

!

Release the lever on the trigger gun.

!

Turn the spray lance to the desired position.

For particularly dirty items or areas.
Not suitable for use with detergents.

Please use exclusively KÄRCHER detergents
and care products to carry out the respective
cleaning task, as these were specifically devel-
opped for your appliance. The use of other deter-
gents and care products may lead to premature
wear and can invalidate your warranty claims.
Please obtain information at your local dealer or
request information directly from KÄRCHER.

!

Use spray lance with pressure regulation
(Vario Power).

!

Turn the spray lance to "Mix" position.

Note:

This will mix the detergent with the wa-

ter stream.

!

Adjust the suction volume of the detergent
solution at the detergent filter.
- Medium quantity: Central position
- Large quantity: "+" position
- Small quantity: "-" position

!

Suspend end of detergent suction hose in a
container filled with detergent.

!

Spray off loosened dirt with the high-pres-
sure jet.

!

Release the lever on the trigger gun.

Note:

When the lever of the hand spray gun

is released, the engine continues to run at
zero speed. The water thus circulates within
the pump and gets heated. When the water
has reached the maximum permissible tem-
perature (60°C), the themostat valve opens
and water flows out.

!

Lock the lever on the trigger gun.

!

Insert the trigger gun in its holder.

!

During longer breaks (more than 5 minutes),
also turn off the motor.

Caution

Only separate the high-pressure hose from the
trigger gun or the appliance while there is no
pressure in the system.

!

After working with detergent, suspend deter-
gent suction hose in a container filled with
clear water, switch the appliance on for
around 1 minute once the spray lance has
been removed and rinse until water runs
clear.

!

Release the lever on the trigger gun.

!

Stop the motor.

See Operating Instructions of motor.

!

Turn off tap.

!

Press the lever on the trigger gun to release
any remaining pressure in the system.

!

Detach the appliance from the water supply.

!

Lock the lever on the trigger gun.

!

Insert the trigger gun in its holder.

!

Suspend the high-pressure hose into its
holder.

Caution

In order to prevent accidents or injuries, keep in
mind the weight of the appliance during transport
(see Specifications).

n

Warning

Fuel vapors or spilled fuel are flammable. Keep
the appliance horizontal during transport to avoid
spilling fuel.

!

Pull the appliance by its transport handle.

!

Empty fuel tank.

!

Secure the appliance against shifting and
