Maintenance
Periodic Maintenance
Periodically inspect all hoses and connections on your
machine. Frayed or cracked hoses should be repaired
or replaced to eliminate vacuum or solution loss.
Daily/Regular Maintenance
1. Empty unused cleaning solution from the solution
tank.
2. After each use, rinse tank with fresh water. Periodi-
cally inspect the recovery bucket and decontami-
nate if necessary, using a Hospital Grade Virucide
or a 10-1 bleach to water solution. If necessary,
use a soft bristle brush to clean machine compo-
nents. Waste water should be disposed of
properly.
3. Remove scrub pad and 3M Easy Trap Strip. Clean
scrub pad and reattach to machine.
Do not allow machine to freeze.
SERVICE SCHEDULE DAILY WEEKLY
Check hoses for wear, blockages, or damage *
Check handles, knobs, pivot points and linkages for damage *
Clean out recovery tank and check float valve to make sure it moves freely *
Clean out solution tank and remove and clean vacuum intake screen *
Clean outside of all tanks and check for damage *
Check all gaskets for wear and leakage *
Replace 3M Easy Trap Strip (Recommended) *
Check scrub pad for wear *
Check for damaged or worn wheels *
Clean squeegee blade and check wear *
Clean wheels and castors *
