OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
This section describes the proper use of the Prolaser
®
Vector
in order to get the best working results.
NOTE
For proper functioning of the laser unit, avoid using near
heavy machinery or sources of vibration that may adversely
affect the leveling of the unit.
To use in self-leveling mode:
1. Place the unit on a firm, stable, dry surface or mount the
unit the tripod adaptor/wall mount.
2. Release the leveling mechanism lock by turning the base
of the unit and switching the laser ON.
3. Make sure the unit is as level as possible. The electronic
self-leveling mechanism will level the laser within 3
seconds.
NOTE:
The laser can compensate for up to 3.5° from the
horizontal plane. If the surface slope is greater than this the
laser will sound an out-of-level alarm and the laser beams
will flash.
