Step 2: Mount Wall Plate
Wood Stud Wall
Mount to two adjacent studs. Verify where the center of
each stud is by using a stud finder. Use a level to mark
four pilot hole locations level at the desired height. Drill
the Wall Plate pilot holes into the studs perpendicular to
the wall.
Attach the Wall Plate using 4 Lag Bolts (see Diagram B).
Make sure the Wall Plate is flat against the wall surface.
Do not over tighten Lag Bolts.
Brick or Concrete Wall
Use a level to mark four hole locations level at the desired
height. Drill four holes perpendicular to the wall using a
masonry bit. Insert a Concrete Anchor into each of the holes
flush with the concrete wall surface and not flush with the
surface covering, such as drywall.
Attach the Wall Plate using 4 Lag Bolts (see Diagram C).
Make sure the Wall Plate is flat against the wall surface. Do
not over tighten Lag Bolts.

Bracket to the TV Plate (see Diagram D).
To remove the TV from the wall, pull down on the two cords
and pull the bottom of the TV away from the wall. Then lift
the TV upwards with two people.
