Please check the connection carefully before turning power on. Make sure, that all
interfaces are connected properly.

Possible cause and solution
The splitter seems to be not
working.
First check if the power adapter is working and well
connected. In this case, the LEDs will be illuminated. Then
make sure that all cables are properly connected, in good
condition and that their length is within the maximum
supported length of this splitter. Finally, connect the input
source directly to the display to check if these devices
are working as supposed.
If the maximum resolution of
the two displays is not the
same, which resolution will
be displayed?
In this case, the splitter will display the lower of the two
resolutions.
