6. Responsibilities of the user

 

The  user  is  obliged  to  allow  only  personnel trained  in the current  regulations concerning safety  and 

hygiene at work, as well as familiarized or trained in operating the lever. 

Knowledge of the safety and operating regulations must be verified at regular intervals in accordance 

with the applicable regulations. 

7. Responsibilities of the staff

 

All employees, assigned to operate the lever, are obliged to: 

 

observe the occupational safety and health regulations as well as the safety recommendations 

in this manual.

NOTE!

 

It is forbidden to operate a damaged lever.

 

8. Hazards associated with the use of lever

 

The  lever  has  been  constructed  in  accordance  with  the  recommendations  of  the  General  Product 

Safety  Directive  2001/95/EC  and  good  engineering  practice.  However,  failure  to  follow  this  manual 

when operating the tool may result in danger to the life or health of the operating personnel or third 

parties as well as damage to the lever or other property. 

This lever must only be used:

 

 

for its intended purpose,

 

 

if the technical condition is impeccable and unobjectionable,

 

 

when service and repairs are performed only by authorized personnel.

 

 

9. Use of the lever in accordance with its intended purpose

 

The purpose of lever is defined in point 3 of this manual. 

The intended use also includes: 

 

observance of all recommendations resulting from the operating manual, 

 

perform inspections and maintenance in a timely manner. 

Use for purposes other than or in addition to those specified above shall be considered misuse.
