Operating Instructions
continued
1.
Stand the citrus press on a dry,
even surface that is easy to clean.
2.
Fully unwind the power cord from
the cord storage compartment
under the citrus press. Make sure
that the cord is correctly positioned
in the cord guide to prevent the
citrus press from wobbling.
3.
Connect the power plug to a
230-240V power outlet and turn
the power on.
4.
Remove the transparent storage lid.
5.
Fit the appropriate citrus cone onto
the drive shaft to suit the citrus you
are using
(
see suggested cone size table
).
NOTE:
If you are using the
large cone, attach it securely
on top of the small cone before
placing it onto the drive shaft.
6.
Place a glass or container
(not included) under the spout to
collect the juice from the spout.
7.
To reduce pulp and seeds from the
juice, ensure the strainer is in place
prior to juicing. Select your choice of
citrus fruit, wash and then cut in half.
8.
Pressing down, place the cut half of
the citrus fruit to the top of the cone
to automatically activate the citrus
press. The cone will start to turn in a
counter-clockwise direction (Fig. 1)
and juice will begin to flow.
