Loosen the knob (C) and let the
vise slide on the cylindrical guides (D).
Lock the vise in central position, by means of the knob (C).
Open the vise, by using the lever (E).
Position the table (F) within the vise, being careful that it is
perfectly horizontal.
Tighten the lever (E).
Adjust the blade guide (G) as previously described.
5.7 STARTING
• Open the lid of the box which contains the push-buttons, by using the tang (D).
• Press the start push-button (B - F. 14).
• Reclose the lid so that the emergency push-button, which also functions as stop push-button, is
accessible (A).
The first time it is started, the machine will be fairly noisy, due to the normal breaking-in stage
of the transmission gears. This noise will disappear after approximately 8 machine hours; in
any case, the measurable noise level is equal to and not greater than 78 dbA.
• Do not run the machine without a piece to be cut for long periods,
• Do not cut "hardened" or "cemented" steel parts.
• Do not use blades not provided by the Manufacturer.
• Do not use blades extremely worn or with damaged teeth.
• Do not use lubricants or cooling liquids for tthe blade: the machine is a designed for dry cutting.
• Do not press the pieces to be cut against the blade with bare hands, but always wear protective
