BROIL
Use your MAXX
Air Fryer Oven as a broiler by using the “BROIL” function. Use
this to sear steaks and meats, crisp up vegetables and fruits, finish off
cheesy dishes, and even caramelize crèmes brulées.
•
Place food on grill rack or baking pan. If using a separate pan, place
food on the baking pan / drip tray. Slide inside the oven. Make sure the
removable crumb tray is in place.
•
Use the FUNCTION
dial to select “BROIL”. Use
TEMPERATURE dial to turn
to desired toasting temperature. Turn TIMER dial to desired time to turn
on the unit.
•
We suggest broiling at 450°F for a few minutes until food is cooked and
desired texture is achieved.
•
Note that the “BROIL” function uses the fan for optimal heat distribution.
CAUTION
: Be careful during broiling as food gets cooked quickly. It is best
to watch over food to not overcook and prevent unwanted burning.
ROTISSERIE
•
Use your MAXX Air Fryer Oven as a rotisserie using the rotisserie function.
This function allows foods to rotate and marinate in their own juices
during the cooking process, allowing for a richer and deeper flavor
profile. Can be used for foods like whole chickens, beef and pork,
Middle Eastern-style kebab, and any other foods you feel inspiration to
try out. Insert the rotisserie spit through the center of the food
lengthwise.
•
Slide the forks onto each side of the spit and secure them in place by
tightening the screws provided. Make sure the forks are securely
inserted and food is centered on the spit.
•
Use the rotisserie handle to lift the rotisserie rod. The hooks of the
rotisserie handle should be placed under the grooves on both sides of
the rod. Make sure the long end of the rod is on the right side of the
handle, and the short-indented side is on the left side of the handle.
•
Open the oven doors. Slide the accessory in the cavity. Insert the right
side (long end) of the rod in the rotisserie spit support. Then, place the
left side (short, indented end of the rod) on the left hook inside the
cavity.
