SAFETY CUT-OUT
•
This cordless water kettle is protected with an automatic safety
device, if accidentally switched on without water in the kettle. The
safety thermostat will automatically turn the kettle OFF when the
unit doesn’t have sufficient water, or if the kettle is allowed to boil-
dry.
•
If this happens, switch off the appliance by putting the switch in the
OFF position and wait about 10 minutes for the element to cool.
Then pour in sufficient cold water to reach the minimum level. This
will reset the safety device.
•
The kettle may then be used as normal.

Green tea 175 °F (80 °C)
White tea 185 °F (85 °C)
Oolong tea 190 °F (88 °C)
Black tea/ herbal tea / tea bags 208 °F (98 °C)
Cocoa (water-based) 190 °F (88 °C)
POUR OVER BREW COFFEE
Pour over, or manual brew coffee preparation allows for greater control
of your coffee quality and achieve the perfect cup tailored to your
taste.
You will need:
• Freshly ground coffee beans
• Pour over filter basket
• Coffee filter
• Kitchen Scale
• Coffee pot, cup, or another container
Brewing method:
• Measure 6 ounces of water for each cup you intend to brew.
