CHOCOLATE FONDUE FEATURE
You can use the “melt” setting to melt chocolate or keep chocolate
at the ideal temperature for a fondue.
Turn the switch on the front of the appliance to the “Melt”
setting. The power indicator (3) should light up.
The “Melt” setting will operate the appliance at a low power
setting ideal to slowly melt chocolate or maintain the molten
chocolate preparation at the ideal temperature for a
chocolate fondue.
In a heat resistant stainless steel or aluminum bowl* with flat
bottom, or a saucepan*, add the chocolate and other
fondue ingredients.
Place the ingredients on the heater, until molten. Stir
frequently for optimum results.
* Not included
