Connection to the water supply
Connect the ice maker only to a cold
water supply. Water pressure supplied
to the ice maker should be between 1,4
and 6,9 bar.
A refrigerator with an ice maker requires
a constant supply of water. This
requires connecting the refrigerator to
the water system through the hose that
comes with the delivery set.
Connection of the hose to the water
system:
Ÿ
A separate shut-off valve is cut
into the common water supply
pipe, which can be used to shut
off the water if necessary
Ÿ
The hose is connected to this
valve via fittings (not included in
the delivery set)
Connecting the hose to the refrigerator:
Ÿ
There is a special outlet
1
on the
back of the refrigerator for
connecting the hose
Ÿ
Push the hose all the way into
this port
Ÿ
The ice maker system will
automatically lock the hose into
the refrigerator
In areas with poor water quality an
additional water filtration system can be
installed.
If it is necessary to replace the hose,
first unplug the refrigerator, shut off the
water with the shut-off valve and then
pull the hose with some force out of the
outlet
