Check/inspection sheet for all ladder types
Check sheet for the checking of steps and ladders in accordance with BetrSichV,
the directions for use for steps and ladders, DGUV information sheet 208-016
(formerly BGI 694).
The time intervals for the inspections are based in particular on frequency of use,
load values during use, as well as the frequency and severity of the detected
deficiencies of previous inspections.
The results of this inspection are to be recorded.
