Note:

If the frame is being installed

underneath a wall cabinet or bulkhead, the
top rails can be flipped upside down so that
the shelf support can be screwed through
as a fixing point.

Note:

The middle rail brackets are not in the

centre of the frame end - this is so that the
wall frame will line up with the slim frame if
used together. Ensure the rail brackets on
each frame end align before installing.

Slide all horizontal
support rails
on to frame ends.

If you are using 2 or
more steel frames in a run,
join them together before mounting
to the wall. On a perfectly flat and level
surface, clamp the units together and mark
out 4 drill points on the cross bars of the
frame end. Use a 3.5mm HSS (steel drill-
ing) drill bit to drill through one frame end
and halfway into the tube of the adjoining
frame end.

Use four 32mm tek screws provided to
secure frames together.

WARNING:

Screws

are provided to keep frames aligned and
will not support significant weight. Be
careful lifting and moving joined frames.

stud

Use a stand or mounting rail to sit the
frame in position and mark the location
of the stud on all rear support rails.

Ensure the frame is sitting square and
level while doing this to avoid installing
the frame crooked.

fixing frame to wall

Use a stud finder to locate and mark
the centre point of any stud that will be
behind the frame. 2 studs are required
to secure the frame, or one stud and a
secure cabinet or wall to fix to sideways.

Sit the frame in position

ensuring it is still

square and level

, and use the holes in the

support rails to mark the wall.

Remove the frame and drill holes into the
studs in the marked locations using a 3.5mm
drill bit to a depth of 50mm.

Use a 4.5mm HSS (steel drilling) drill bit to
drill through the centre of each support rail
in the marked locations of each stud.
