WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Subject to adhering to principles, warnings, and standards given in user manual,
products with KABEL brand are under Alindair Soğutma Sistemleri ve Tic. A.Ş.
warranty against production faults for 2 (two) years.
Warranty Certificate must be filled out and stamped by authorized KABEL dealer
where you purchased the appliance.
Warranty is only valid for procedures that Alindair approved services shall
undertake. Producer and dealer companies are not responsible for interventions
by inexpert, unauthorized persons to appliance.
Time to repair is at most 30 working days. This period starts from the date
appliance arrives at our authorized service workshops and in case there are no
authorized service workshops to our authorized dealers or our company. In case
the failure is not repaired in 20 working days, Alindair Soğutma Sistemleri ve Tic.
A.Ş. shall allocate to customer another appliance with similar features until the
completion of repair.
Which technical methods shall be used to remove failure and which parts shall
be replaced are exclusively determined by producer company. Failure can be
removed on location of appliance, at authorized service workshops or our
production facility. Customer’s approval is required.

Following delivery date of appliance and remaining in warranty period;

In case the same failure is repeated more than twice or more than
four different failures manifest in 1 (one) year resulting in continuous
inability to use appliance,

In case maximum period required for repair is exceeded,
o
In case report written by our authorized service workshops or where
they do not exist Authorized Dealer and a member of our regional
representation together with representative of the closest service to
the region notes inability to repair failure, free replacement procedure
shall begin.
Time spent during repairs in warranty period is added to warranty.
Warranty period of the appliance replaced during warranty application is limited
to the remaining warranty of the purchased product.
Warranty period starts from delivery date of the product and is 2 (two) years
from date of delivery.

Note: This certificate will remain with the customer. Customer shall keep this certificate
throughout warranty period and display to service if required.
