7. Door handing and reset
Reset Tool
With the device unlocked, inset 4 AA alkaline
batteries into the battery pack.
If the reset is successful, the latch bolt will extend
on its own to learn the handing orientation of the
door.
Use the Reset Tool to press and hold the Reset
Button for more than 5 seconds until you hear a
long “BEEP”.
