ASSEMBLY
Use the exploded drawing (page 8) as your guide to assembly. Lay all parts and assemblies out in front of you
before beginning. The following procedure is recommended:
All numbers in parenthesis () refer to the index number from the parts breakdown.
3. Attach caster (18) to front leg (17) with washer
(4), spring washer (7) and nut (8).
1. Familiarize yourself with Engine Stand.
2. Attach wheel (11) to rear support axle (10) with
washer (12), and cotter pin (13).
4. Attach crossbeam (15) to the front leg (17) with
bolt (16), washer (4), spring washer (7) and nut
(8).
5. Attach crossbeam (15) to the main post (9)
connecting rear support axle (10) with bolt (14)
and spring washer (7).
6. Attach head assembly (5) to mounting arms (6) with bolt (3), washer (4), spring washer (7) and nut (8).
