1. Verify that a working telephone line is connected to the screw terminals
marked PHONE LINE. Also verify TIP and RING polarity. (see
Tips &
Techniques: Telephone Line Measures
)
2. Determine the number to be dialed. If a “9” is required to access an
outside line, it is reccommended to insert a 3.5 second “Pause” before
entering the rest of the telephone number.
3. Program number as follows:
1. Place MEMORY BACK-UP switch to ON
2. Place PROGRAM/ON-LINE switch to PROGRAM
3. Enter desired number using the integrated keypad
4. Place PROGRAM/ON-LINE switch to ON-LINE
4. Verify that the correct number was stored by pressing the activating
push-button. The phone should automatically dial and complete the call.
Have the called party hang up; the phone should shut off.
Please note: Memory loss could be caused by a low 3 Volt Lithium battery. Verify that the battery reads at least
2.7 VDC. If you have any further questions or problems, please feel free to call for Customer Support.

accordingly. Determine the number to be dialed. If a “9” is required to
access an outside line, it is reccommended to insert a 3.5 second “Pause”
before entering the rest of the telephone number.
3. Program number as follows:
1. Press activating push-button.
As soon as you hear dial tone

number to be programmed
2. Wait 5 seconds
3. Enter the rest of the number
4. Programming the phone will place a call to the number entered. Have the
called party hang up; the phone should shut off.
5. Verify that the correct number was stored by pressing the activating push-button. The phone should
automatically dial and complete the call.
