TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
If you experience difficulties in the use of this unit, please check
the following before calling for Customer Service.
Player does not start

Be sure the player is turned on.
No sound heard from headphones
z
Check the volume level
z
Make sure the headphones are properly connected
z
Make sure the headphone plug is clean
z
Music file may be corrupted. If so, delete the file and
download again.
Unrecognizable code display on LCD screen
z
Make sure the correct language is selected.
Cannot download files
z
Make sure there is enough memory available to add file.
z
Make sure the player is securely connected to the USB
jack on the computer.
z
Check the USB connection for damage.
No file shown, but memory occupied
z
Check if there are hidden files saved in the player.
z
Format your PC (File system is FAT).
