Maintenance
Cleaning the lens
A dirty lens will cause sound skipping or poor performance.
It is advisable to
maintain the CD lens in good order by means of regular cleaning of the lens using a
cotton swab from the middle and working to the outside edge.
Cleaning the cabinet
Wipe the unit with a soft cloth.
Dampen the cloth with a weak solution of soap and
water. Do not use corrosive cleaners, gasoline or benzene to clean the unit because
they will damage the housing of the unit.
