STEP 6:
•
Align the centre rail to the headboard and footboard, using 4x
bolt (A),spring washer(H) and washer(F). Fasten with M8 allen
key(J).
•
Attach the centre cross rail(9) to the sideral left & right, as
shown below. Thread 1x bolt(C) and 2x washer(F) per side from
the top, and lock with Hex nut(G) . Fasten with M8 allen key(J)
and hold the nut with a spanner(K).
STEP 7:
•
Attach an end cap(15) onto every slat, 1 per slat(14).
•
Take 2x slats and cup the non capped end into either side of the
centre cap(16). Form 16x slat pairs.
•
Attach the slat pairs to the bed as shown below. Push the caps
into the holes.
