1. Receive the NTSC blac k and white signal (color off).
2. Select the HIGH LIGHT mode in the SERVICE MENU.
3. Confirm the initial setting value of “G DRIVE” and “B DRIVE”.
4. If they ar e differ, set the S14 and S15 to the correct initial
setting value in the 1 V/C(S) mode.

1. Receive a NTSC broadc ast.
2. Select the 1 V/C(S) mode from SERVICE MENU.
3. Select
S01 BRIGHT of the V/C(S) mode i n SERVICE MENU.
4. Confirm the initial setting value of the S01 BRIGHT .
5. If the brightness is not the best with the initial s etti ng value,
make fine adjustment of the S01 BRIGHT until you get the
opti mum brightness.

S02 PICTURE of the V/C(S) mode in SERVIC E MENU.
3. Confirm the initial setting value of the S02 PICTURE .
4. If the contrast is not the bes t with the initial setting value, make
fine adjustment of the S02 PICTURE until you get the opti mum
contrast.
