Press and hold SEL (select) for more
than 2 seconds.
“CLOCK H” or “CLOCK M”
appears on the display.

Set the hour.

Select “CLOCK H” (hour) if not shown on
the display.

Adjust the hour.

Select “CLOCK M” (minute).
