SIMPLE OPERATION for HDD deck (cont.)
TURN ON THE RECORDER

Press POWER .
SELECT HDD DECK

Press HDD . The HDD button lights.
ACCESS SCAN SCREEN

1) Press NAVI . The HDD
Navigation screen
appears.
2) Confirm that “SCAN”
screen appears. Then,
press

move the arrow on the
index (small still
pictures) of the desired
program.
• When you want the
plural programs to be
played back continu-
ously, press
MEMORY
on the remote control after selecting the desired
program. The numbers of the playback order appear
on the index. You can select up to 8 programs.
• When you want to correct the order, move the arrow
on the desired index and press MEMORY on the
remote control. Or, move the arrow on the desired
index and press
OK , then move the arrow to
“CANCEL” and press OK .
The number disappears and the recorder re-numbers
the other programs automatically.
START PLAYBACK

Press OK to move the arrow to “PLAY” on the Scan
Screen, then press OK again. Or simply press PLAY . The
playback starts.
PAUSE PLAYBACK

Press PAUSE .

To resume normal playback, press PLAY .
STOP PLAYBACK

Press STOP .
Turn on the TV and select the AV mode.
Scan for Beginning(s) of
Program(s)
You can scan the beginning of the program easily with the HDD
Navigation.

may be about 30 seconds' delay in starting to show pictures
on the screen.
