DISASSEMBLY

Transmitter

In case of some problems arise in this transmitter unit, have to change the transmitter unit itself, due to avoid the law of radio regulation.

Receiver (Headphones)

(1) Remove the one screw

 and two screws 

B

 attaching the housing L assy

(2) Disconnect the connector of rechargeable battery from switch P.C.B.assy.
(3) Remove the two screws 

C

 attaching the switch P.C.B.assy.

(4) Remove the three screws 

D

 attaching the housing R.

(5) Remove the two screws 

E

 attaching the main P.C.B.assy.

(6) Remove the two headband spring 

F

 attaching the elastic band for L and R respectively.

(7) Remove the two screws 

G

 attaching the speaker holder assy for L and R respectively.

(8) A ear pad and a speaker pad on either side are removed.
(9) A drive unit is removed from a speaker holder, pressing down three hooks.

(10) Remove the four screws 

H

 attaching the headband assy, and remove it.
