FAQ
1.
The device cannot connect to Wi-Fi:
• Check that the wireless network is opera � onal with another
To make a call, touch the "Phone" icon on the home screen or in
applica�on menu. Now insert the phone number or select from
contacts as desired. Press "Handset" on the bo�om and select which
SIM card you wish to use.
To send a message, choose the "Message" icon on the home screen or
the applica�ons menu. Here also, you can choose which SIM card to use
for the message.

The device does not start:
• The device will not start if the b a � ery power is b elow the

• Press the RESET bu� on and check if the product starts .
• Check if the charger is correctly connected .

Heating problem:
• I f you work on more than one applica � on at a � me, i f you
select the highest level o f b rightness f or the display or i f
you work on the device while charging, the device can get
warm . This is normal and will not lead to other pro b lems
o f f unc � onality .
4. The system is not working correctly:
• Installing third party applica �o ns can lead to system
mal f unc �o ning . Uninstall these third partyapplica � ons or
per f orm a f actory reset in order to have the device
f unc � oning within the normal parameters again .
