Prepare appliance for resale:
Procedure:
All products will be reset to factory settings and the fluid system is empty due to protection against frost.
The appliance asks the customer for the desired language and afterwards it will fill the system with water.
Initial position:
The appliance is fully working and if necessary, an exit diagnosis has been made with the animation system.
The IMPRESSA A5 OT cannot be reset to factory settings, this has to be done manually.
If an exit diagnosis had been made, no further action is needed due to IMPRESSA A5 OT will ask for
the language afterwards
1.
Switch on appliance until the following message appears on the display
READY
2.
Empty the system completely (frost protection) according to the manual
Press the HOT WATER button, hot water flows out of the hot-water nozzle
Remove and empty the water tank
Hot water will flow until the system is empty (
FILL WATER TANK
)
Press the key
ON/OFF
to switch off the appliance

Switch on again the appliance
4.
Press the keys
ROTARY SWITCH & ESPRESSO
simultaneously,
until the message
OK
appears on
the display
