6.2 change vacuum pump oil
Use the original pump oil or oil recommended by
manufacture

When the oil level in vacuum pump is reach the minimum position,
pump oil should be refilled. If the oil level is too high, it should be
drained by unfastening the draining screw

System could accumulate the vacuum time. When the value reaches
to 150 hours, system would prompt changing the pump oil. The alarm
information would be displayed when the power is on and system
would not start vacuum process.

When the color of pump oil is changed to white, it should be changed.
Change stage

Before changing, run the vacuum process for 1 minute to be sure that
the pump is in hot condition.
Open the draining screw to drain the oil into a container.

Unfasten the oil entrance lid and add oil into the pump until the oil level
is higher than the minimum position, fasten the screw.

Switch the power on and press the
“▲”`“▼” key in same time to enter
reset menu, select 3.Vacuum pump and press start/stop key to
reset the pump oil working time.
6.3 Digital weight scale calibrating:
After changing the refrigerant cylinder, or the digital weight scale is
used for a long time, the weight scale displaying weight is different with
the real value. It could be corrected by calibrating the weight scale
precision and cylinder weight. At first be sure that no refrigerant is in
cylinder.
