Verifying the Health of WLA Series Access Points Using LEDs on page 41

Verifying the Health of WLA Series Access Points Using LEDs

After you install the WLA series access point and enable the PoE on the ethernet cable
connected to the access point, you can verify the access point status by observing the
health LED. The health or LINK LED indicates if the access point is operational or not.

•

If the LED is green and glowing steadily, the access point has booted successfully by
the wireless LAN controller and is operational.

•

If the LED is not steadily glowing green, contact the system administrator for the WLC.
