Connecting the SRX100 Services Gateway to the Power Supply
To connect the device to the power supply:
1.
Attach an electrostatic discharge (ESD) grounding strap to your bare wrist, and
connect the strap to the ESD point on the chassis.
2.
Plug the DC connector end of the power cable into the power connector on the
back of the device (see Figure 11 on page 45).
3.
Plug the AC adapter end of the power cable into an AC power outlet.

CAUTION:
We recommend using a surge protector for the power connection.
