11. On the rear of the chassis, slide the rear-mounting brackets (with the ETSI brackets attached) on

either side of the chassis until the rear-mounting brackets contact the rack posts (see

Figure 34 on

page 81

12. Insert the screws to secure the chassis to the rack into the holes in the bracket aligned to the holes

in the rack post, starting from the bottom. Tighten the screws by using the Phillips (+) screwdriver,
number 2.

13. Visually inspect the alignment of the chassis. If the chassis is installed properly in the rack, all the

mounting screws on one side of the rack are aligned with the mounting screws on the opposite side
and the switch is level.

shows the switch fully secured and installed on four

posts of a rack.
