TROUBLE SHOOTING
If conditions listed below occurs, please check the following items before
calling the customer service.

Suggested remedies
The air
conditioning
doesn’t work
Not plug in.
Plug in.
The overflow indicator
lights.
Restart the air conditioning after
power off and draining, then it will
become normal.
The ambient temperature
is too low or too high.
Recommend to use the machine in
at the temperature of 7-35

Room temperature is lower
than the setting
temperature. (Cooling
mode)
Reset the temperature
In dehumidifying mode, the
ambient temperature is
low.
The machine is placed in a room
with an ambient temperature of

Not cool
enough
The doors or windows are
not closed.
Make sure all the windows and
doors are closed.
There are heat sources
inside the room.
Remove the heat sources if possible.
Exhaust air hose is not
connected or blocked.
Connect or clean the exhaust air
hose.
Temperature setting is too
high.
Reset the temperature.
Air inlet or air outlet is
blocked
Remove the blockage
Noise
The ground is not level or
not flat enough.
Place the unit on a flat, level ground
if possible.
