SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read these instructions carefully before use!
The battery should not be connected to the wall socket when the torch is to be cleaned.
The battery must not be connected to the wall socket if it is damaged.
The torch must not be exposed to heat.
The torch should not be exposed to damp or wet conditions.
The rechargeable battery may only be used together with the torch.
Do not try to recharge batteries that are not rechargeable.

OPERATION
Insert the batteries
Open the battery compartment by turning the bottom part of the lamp anti-clockwise.
Insert the rechargeable 1.2V Ni-MH AA batteries which are included with the torch.
Close the battery compartment by turning the bottom part of the torch clockwise.
Connect the charger to a wall socket.
Place the torch in the charger.
Switching the torch on and off
The torch comes on automatically when you lift it up from the charger. It switches off automatically when
you put it back in the charger. Otherwise, press the ON/OFF button to turn the torch on and off.
M button
Press the button marked M to change the lighting modes.
1.
Press M once for a fixed beam.
2.
Press twice to dim the beam.
3.
Press three times to dim the beam even more.
4.
Press four times for a flashing beam.
The mode you select will be saved when you switch on the torch after it has been switched off.
SOS - Emergency mode
Press the SOS button and the torch will flash the international signal for distress.
