Attaching the foot controller
On/Off of the power/light switch
The power/light switch is conveniently placed on the handwheel
side of the machine in front of the socket.

On with light (B)
CAUTION :
Be sure to turn OFF the power switch before plugging/un

plugging the controller.
1. Plug foot controller into machine socket.
2. Plug foot controller into power supply socket.
3. Lay your foot on the foot controller.
Step on the foot controller strongly (deeply), and the sewing
speed increases.
Step on the foot controller lightly (shallowly), and the sewing
speed decreases.
CAUTION :
Perform these following steps when you are not using your sew
-
ing machine:
1. Be sure to turn OFF the power switch.
2. Be sure to remove the power plug from the wall outlet.
3. Do not place a thing on the foot controller.
