• Adjust the needle and the hook as follows.

) Adjust the sttch dal to the scale (type
S : 2.5, type G : 3).
2) Turn the handwheel to algn the blade
pont of hook wth the center of needle
when the needle bar goes up by 2.2
mm from the lowest poston (lower
engraved marker lne of the needle bar
algns wth the bottom end of the needle
bar rockng base). At ths tme, t s the
standard that the dstance between the
top end of needle eyelet and the blade
pont of hook becomes .2 mm.

• Determine the position of the hook.
) Loosen three setscrews

When replacng the needle wth DP X 7, replace needle clamp
