1. ファイバーセンサの配管 /

er” when the piping has been already performed.
1) ゴム栓の確認

が穴なしの場合は、穴ありに差し
替えます。

is without a hole, replace it
with a new one with a hole.
2) ファイバーセンサを右釜に取付ける場合は、センサ保護チューブ（φ 4）

を 1100 ｍｍに切ります。
ファイバーセンサを左釜に取付ける場合は、センサ保護チューブ（φ 4）

を 1250 ｍｍに切ります。
