Loosen the four screws of the cover and
remove the cover.

Perform settings on the DIP switch S2
acc. to Tab. 3: Setting the Potential-free

Description

backwash

Start backwashing
By closing a switching contact (brown and red wire) con-
nected to the potential-free input.

When the switching contact at the potential-free input is
closed (brown and red wire).
Semi-auto-
matic
Relay 2 closes after the backwashing interval time has
elapsed or after the pressure has been exceeded at the
differential pressure sensor, thus indicating the request
for backwashing. At the same time the yellow “Backwash-
ing” LED flashes.
Backwashing can only be started with the manual switch
or on a switching contact connected to the floating input.
Incorrect
setting
Not permissible.
Continuous signal tone until the switch position is cor-
rected.

The device has an output for transferring
backwashing and fault indication messages
potential-free to a peripheral.
