This type of forward lean block allows four different
settings: 0 mm, +4 mm, +8mm and +12 mm. By default, it
is set to 0 mm. You can switch to +12 mm by spinning the
block. If you want to change to +4 mm / +8 mm settings,
you have to unscrew the block from the highback, flip the
small plastic piece 90° and screw it back onto the highback.
