Q2: What is the recommended
refresh rate for OLED
monitors?
Recommended refresh rate
will be 60Hz.
Q3: How do I change the resolution?
The video card/graphics driver
and monitor determine the
available resolution. Use
Properties in Windows
Settings/System to select the
resolution you want.
Q4: I can't tell what to do when
adjusting the monitor on the
OSD.
After pressing the button,
select ">" reset to set it at the
factory.
Q5
Is the OLED screen resistant
to scratches?
In general, it is recommended
not to cause undue impact on
the surface of the panel and to
protect it from sharps and
blunt instruments. When
handling the monitor, make
sure that there is no pressure
or force on the panel surface
side. This may not apply to the
warranty.
Q6: How do I clean the surface
of OLED?
Use a clean, soft cloth for
normal cleaning. If stains
cannot be removed, wipe
the isopropyl alcohol lightly
with a soft cloth. Do not use
other solvents such as
acetone, hexane, acetic acid
or chlorine.
