Remove the appliance parts from the
package and dispose of the packaging
components according to the law. Check
that the product is intact and that all
components are present. In the event of
obvious anomalies or transport damage,
do not use the appliance, but contact the
retailer or an authorized service center.
ASSEMBLY
Place the tub (A) on a stable, non-inclined
horizontal surface made of a material re-
sistant to high temperatures, away from
easily combustible substances (curtains,
tablecloths, etc.)
Slowly pour the water inside the tank wi-
thout exceeding the maximum level (C).

This system will prevent the fat that drips
during cooking from emitting smoke and
odors.
Place the grill support (L) on the bowl (A).
Insert the heating element (F) in the grill
support (L) in the “high” position if you
want to keep the food closer to the heat
source, while if the heating element (F) is
inserted in the “low” position the food they
will be further away from the heat source.

Place the heating element (F) in the hou-
sing (D) of the tank (A).
ATTENTION
If the handle is not correctly positioned,
the resistance (F) does not turn on. Inside
there is a safety device (E1 / E2) which will
activate automatically only if the heating
element (F) has been inserted correctly in
its seat. Fig.4-5
FIRST USE
Before first use, carefully wash all acces-
sories that come into contact with food
during use (see paragraph: cleaning). It
is also recommended to run the barbecue
empty for a few minutes, as the first time
the grill is turned on, it may emit a small
amount of smoke and its smell.
OPERATION
Insert the plug into a suitable socket to re-
ceive it without the use of extensions or
adapters.
Turn on the heating element (F) by pres-
sing the switch (G) which lights up.
Wait about 5 minutes after switching on,
the barbecue must have reached a high
temperature, before placing the grill (M)
with the food to be cooked on the support
(L).
To insert the food into the grid (M) it is
necessary to remove the closing ring (N),
open the grid (M), insert the food and
close by repositioning the ring (N) as a
stop.
The appliance must remain on during co-
oking to maintain a constant temperature.
After cooking, turn off the appliance by
pressing the switch (G), and wait for it to
cool before disassembling it for cleaning.
For safety reasons both during cooking
and during cooling, the appliance must be
carefully monitored.
