Should it become necessary to repair your RLD-H10P,
please contact your Johnson Controls/PENN
representative.

Warranty Repairs

Units under warranty will be shipped to
Johnson Controls/PENN for repairs.  The repairs will
be completed within 24 hours after receipt by the repair
center, and the unit will be returned to your Johnson
Controls/PENN representative at the same priority of
shipment with which it was received.

Non-Warranty Repairs

Units that are no longer under warranty will be repaired
to factory specifications for a nominal fee.  The repairs
will be completed within seven days after receipt by the
repair center, and the unit will be returned to your
Johnson Controls/PENN representative at the same
priority of shipment with which it was received.
