Commissioning

Commission the IOM controller through the Wireless 
Commissioning Converter with Bluetooth® Technology 
(BTCVT) and the Controller Configuration Tool (CCT) 
software. Refer to the CCT

Troubleshooting

Use Table 4 to troubleshoot the IOM controller.

Replacing the Fuse

If you connect power to the controller, but it does not 
function, you may need to replace the fuse. Use the 
following procedure to replace the fuse:

1.

Remove power from the controller.

2.

Loosen the cover screw and remove the cover.

3.

Remove the fuse. See Figure 14.

4.

Install a new replacement fuse.

5.

Reconnect power to the controller.

Repair Information

If the IOM controller fails to operate within its 
specifications, replace the unit. For a replacement IOM 
controller, contact the nearest Johnson Controls® 
representative.

On Steady = Communication lost, waiting to join communication ring
