Step by Step Assembly Instructions
Step One
1.
Position the
cross bars (2 x E; 1 x F)
into the
left side of the chair (C)
and attach with
3 x (6x90mm) bolts (1).
2.
Fully tighten bolts using the
Allen Key (6).
Step Two
1. Position the
cross bar (G)
into the left side of the chair.
2. Align the right
side of chair (D)
with cross bars, and attach with
3 x
(6x90mm)
bolts (1)
as shown in diagram below.
3. Tighten bolts using the
Allen Key (6).
NOTE:
Do NOT fully tighten the bolts at this stage.
Step Three
1.
To attach the
Back (A)
of the chair, slide into place and align all bolt holes.
2.
Use
2 x (6x45mm) bolts(3)
to secure the bottom of the back to the seat base
as shown in the diagram below. Only partially tighten bolts at this stage using the
Allen Key (6).
3.
Secure the
Back (A)
to the arm rest using
2 x (6x70mm) bolts (2)
and fasten
with
2 x (6x20mm) female part (5).
Step Four
1.
Place the Chair frame up-side-down on a clean, dry & smooth surface that will
not scratch the chair frame.
2.
Attach the
Textaline Seat (B)
to the constructed chair using
8 x (6x 20mm)
bolts (4).
IMPORTANT!
–When attaching the textaline seat base, partially tighten two bolts
on each side of the chair to hold it in place before securing the Seat Base fully with
the remaining bolts.
