One or more persons lift up the front section (F) with the hinges on the inside and the
front inside rail with the 4 screw holes is at the bottom and place onto the top of the
base unit. Push the front up against the sides (D) & (E) so there is no gap between
the vertical ends of the front panel and the side panels. After the front has been
located the person standing at the front should hold the sides and front together by
holding the palms of their hands on the sides of the front section (F) and
fingers on the sides (D) & (E) whilst the person at the back
screws the front onto the sides by first screwing in the top 2
screws (H) then the
bottom 2 (H). Once
these 4 screws are
fixed, the person at
the front can let go and
the remaining 4
screws (H) can be

Step Three
Secure the bottom of the door frame using 4 x 30mm screws (H).
Attach 2 x Handles (K) using 1 x 25mm Bolt (I) for each handle. Fit the
Hanging rail (G) into its cradle.
