Step 7
Insert Dowel M8 x 30mm (G) into the bottom of
the Short Guard Rail (3) and Long Guard Rail (4).
Then attach the Rails (3) and (4) to Side Rail Top
Back (8) and Short Guard Rail (3) using the holes
for the Dowels as a guide.
Step 8
Secure the Long Guard Rail (4) using bolt M6
x 100mm (D) to both Headboard Tops (1) and
tighten using Allen Key M4 (A). Then secure the
Short Guard Rail (3) to Headboard Top (1) using
bolt M6 x 100mm (D) to one side only.
Step 9
Attach assembled Ladder Unit to the Short Guard Rail (3), Side Rail Top Front (8) and Side Rail Bottom
Front (10). Secure the Ladder Unit using bolt M6 x 30mm (F) and tighten using Allen Key M4 (A) as
shown in the diagram below.
Please ensure all fittings are securely tightened before use.
WARNING:
Children can become trapped between the bed and the wall. To avoid risk of serious injury
the distance between the wall and the top safety barrier should be less than 75mm or more than 230mm.
